About Landscaping 365

Hello my name is Tiberius Woods, and back in 1999 I started what would later become Landscaping 365.  I only had a beat up work truck, a $30 used lawnmower and a dream to create the best landscape company in Columbus, Dublin, New Albany, Pickerington, Grove City and everywhere in between.

In the beginning, I didn’t have much to start with but I knew I absolutely loved hardscaping, landscaping design, lawn mowing and yard maintenance.  I had a dream that one day I would quit my job, to do something that I love and was passionate about, just so I could never work again.

Literally step by step, one customer at a time, I ventured out on a marathon to establish a world-class landscaping company that could raise the bar in the landscape industry with consistently exceptional workmanship and responsive old fashioned customer service.

I started off more the technician type, than the business owner and in order to make up the difference I had to rely on sensational landscaping work, and being a fair minded person that would always ‘treat everyone the same way that I’d want to be treated in return.’  Plain and simple, I would do the work as if it was my own home.  Those standards remain a constant part of our culture and helped Landscaping 365 climb out of the pond scum and get to the next level.

See, I’ve done every job at least 10,000 times before I had a team to help and now that I do have team, they respect me because I know what I’m doing in the field.  In turn, I know how hard it can be working outside in the hot summer months and cold mornings in the spring, fall and winter.  I truly appreciate the people doing the tedious, hard, and dirty work and I show them by providing health benefits and paying a living wage, starting around $15 per hour, based on experience and position.  I feel as if you’ll get what you pay for and I couldn’t expect premium results from them if I am not willing to provide premium compensation for their valuable time.

It’s no accident that our work is second to none.  It’s a direct result of hiring the right people, spending countless hours in the field training those people, doing research, in seminars, workshops and recertification exams just to make sure the service you’ll receive is top notch.

We are a full service landscape company, with a complete catalog of products and services to offer our neighbors in central Ohio.  You could hire us to design, and install a new paver patio, and then will not have to call anyone else to fix the damage to the lawn or to create beautiful beds to surround the outdoor living space.  Or you could hire us to fertilize your lawn for the season and then rely on our help if your mower happens to break down in the middle of the summer.  Try getting that other fertilizer company to mow your lawn.  Try getting that other patio installer to pull the beds in that bed around your patio.
